Processing & Production

Every Memories in Strata piece is 3D printed to order.

Signature Collection: Orders are typically produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom Memories: Because each piece is created specifically from your photograph, please allow 5–7 business days after final proof approval for production.

Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, print size, and complexity. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using a tracked shipping service.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has completed production. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Damaged Shipments

We package each piece carefully to help protect it during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for a shipping claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to correct the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Memories in Strata is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will assist with the carrier's tracking or claim process when possible.

At this time, Memories in Strata ships within the United States only.
